Okay, suppose that you have a got a ghost in your house that will eat the toes off of anyone with bare feet, certainly that would be considered an act of god and probably coverable by some special home insurance. But now let’s suppose its’ removal and disposal is (or not) covered by insurance (i.e., The (Real [on second thought I don't like those guys {on third thought, I guess they're okay and I don't think anybody will care who they gonna call as long as they get to keep their toes}] Ghostbusters) the question is: is the damage caused by the removal considered an act of God and would that also be covered by insurance? Second would insurance cover the removal of annoying but non-destructive ghosts, or would they have the same relative protection as squirrels running across your roof?

Great work.
