I’ve been going to a group tae kwon do class for just under two years, and it’s great. I don’t always have time in my busy schedule to go to every meeting, but when I am able to go, it’s a great stress reliever and good exercise. It helps me stay in shape and gives me more energy. I’ve noticed that I’m stronger than I was before I started taking group tae kwon do. It’s also been a great way to meet new people, and some of my closest friends are in the class. We meet for drinks almost every weekend to discuss our lives and catch up, and it’s great to be able to see them every week in class.
I’m very glad I’m able to take a group tae kwon do class. I feel confident I can defend myself, and have a great way to stay in shape and have a great time doing so. Tae kwon do works well with my schedule, too. A couple times a week, I come home, change clothes, grab something to eat, and set my home security alarm (HOME ALARM SYSTEMS information) before I leave to tae kwon do. When I come home, it’s not too late, and I have just enough time to relax and get a little work done before work the next day. It’s a great program for me.
