Yo man, I was diagnosed with cavities like a year or two ago. I did some research, and I think you should know about it too. Go to www.curetoothdecay.com. It's about a dentist who found out that diet affects teeth health. Another study said that Vitamin D also heals cavities. I don't know whether this is true or not, I've been taking it for a while and seen little improvement. Usually I take 5000 IU of Vitamin D, with 2 tablespoons Cod liver oil (high in Vit D). I think vitamin K2 is also useful for bone health, so I eat eggs for it. Do some research man, I hope you succeed in ridding yourself of cavities. I'm trying like hell too lol.

i plan to turn this post into an article eventually as things progress.
Just some notes:

My lower wisdom teeth also had cavities forming. I was able to plug those quickly.

While the liquid calcium and even some store bought toothpaste do fill the cavities, the fillings are weak and won't hold well against hard foods.

Progress is going slow for filling in the teeth.
17 didn't have a cavity yet but was forming one, I think I caught that in time and the filling should hold.
32 had a matching defect and a cavity did form completely but it seems to be taking well with the filling.
31 still has a little more to go but it is definitely smaller along with
2 which lags behind a little. Using a mouth guard to keep the paste in helps.
3 has made no progress either way. It isn't a full-blown cavity yet and doesn't appear to be getting worse. I will need to make a modified mouth piece to promote healing on this tooth or let my saliva take care of things.
4 is progressing really, really slow if at all. I am a bit concerned about this one. Molars seem easier to heal.

Things I avoid:
Hydrogen peroxide. I was fighting a mouth infection using it and it worked but I think the heavy use of hydrogen peroxide is what caused or was the final straw creating my cavities.
Saltwater. Probably safe for healthy teeth but it would always remove recent mineral deposits that I made.
Clove oil. Homemade oil is dangerous. Properly prepared oil is acidic.

Things not to avoid:
Garlic. Just try not to drink it, you will stink and get an upset stomach. Garlic has basically been a cure all for me. Every time I start to have an infection flare-up, I make sure my mouth is clean then I take some prepared garlic put it on the needed area and keep it there until it starts to irritate my tongue. Just one time does the trick for each fair up.

How I prepare and use garlic:
I take a few cloves and peel them. I use only blemish free cloves and am sure to remove any hard parts. I think use a dicer and cut them into fine little pieces. Then I mixed diced garlic with almost the same volume of water and when in the water I crush the diced garlic. You want to crush it good and try to collect as much of the liquid inside of the garlic as possible. After crushing all I can crush, I strain the water. The straining doesn't have to be perfect. Now I have a milky colored liquid. I put some in my mouth and using my tongue and cheeks, I move it to the area to be treated, also I make sure it travels around the rest of my mouth. When I can't stand it anymore I spit.

If you are concerned about the smell, don't swallow any and chew parsley when you have to but let it work its magic in the mean time.

Don't store garlic concoctions, especially ones using oil. Only use a fresh batch. Storing may cause a deadly form of bacteria to breed. I've only read about it happen in oil mixes but I am sure that water mixes have their own problems too. 1-3 cloves, depending on how fresh the bulb is, should be more than enough for a treatment.
